Pay Scale – Rs. 16400-40500/-(Assistant Officer), Rs. 10700-21400/-(Assistant Office Superintendent).
Educational Qualification : The candidates applying for the post of Assistant Officer/ Co. Affairs should be a Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. The candidates applying for the post of Assistant Officer/ Legal should have a degree of LLB (full time) with minimum 50% marks from a recognized
University/institute. The candidates applying for the post of Assistant Officer/HRM should have a Full Time regular MBA or full time regular PG Diploma in HR/IR & Personnel Management with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university/institute. The candidates applying for the post of Assistant Office Superintendent/ HRM should have a Graduate (Full Time) with not less than 50% marks + 1 year diploma in HR/Personnel Management (Full Time) or
equivalent from a recognized university/institute.
