Educational Qualifications:
Assistant Adviser ->
(1) Persons with good academic record with first or high second class Masters Degree In the relevant field or an equivalent degree of a foreign university; AND A Doctorate of an Indian or foreign university with published research work of a high standard (OR)
(2) Atleast five years experience in the field of higher education assessment and accreditation.
System Analyst ->
(1) A good academic record and MCA/B.Tech/B.E.(Computer science/information technology) with the minimum 55% marks. Proven knowledge of relational database management software such as MS SQL server and Oracle/ERP/accounting software.
(2) At least 5 years experience and knowledge of designing and developing client/server applications/system administration  of servers, working on operating systems such as MS Windows (latest) and Linux/UNIX troubleshooting local area network (LAN). Non-and skill in application programming and systems analysis and related programming support functions.
Assistant Librarian ->
(1) Master’s degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation science with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade where the grading system is practiced and a consistently good academic record with knowledge on computerization of library work experience in library in ICT and database management.
(2) Desirable – A Ph.D degree in library science/ information science/ documentation science or allied sciences.
Assistant (Publication) ->
(1) Masters degree with 2nd class in Hindi or English with the other language as a main subject at the degree level
(2) Three years experience in a reputed book publishing/printing organisation.
(3) Desirable – Diploma in printing technology/DTP, linguistic aptitude and command over English and Hindi languages.
Junior Semi Professional Assistant ->
(1) A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, with at least 55% marks or its equivalent.
(2) Experience of not less than one year in library/ accounts/ data entry and record maintenance.
Technical Assistant ->
(1) A Bachelor’s degree with at least 55% marks from a recognized university or Diploma in Electronics and Communication.
(2) Desirable – Three years experience in relevant technical field. knowledge of computers essential.
Library Assistant ->
(1) A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with at least 55% marks or its equivalent.
(2) Experience of not less than one year in library/ accounts/ data entry and record maintenance.
Driver ->
(1) 10 (Matric) with +2 pass or its equivalent from a recognized school or institution.
(2) Possession of a valid driving license of the 4 wheeler motor vehicle and maintenance ability to rectify minor defects in the vehicle.
(3) The driving test will be conducted by the government of India authorized agency.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Assistant General Manager (Underground - E&M) -> Candidate must be a B.E / B. Tech (Electrical / Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical) engineering graduate having minimum 12 years of Post Qualification construction experience, out of which 5 years in Tunnel ventilation, Environment control system and E&M works of Underground Metro Rail Projects.
Assistant General Manager (Rolling Stock) -> Candidate must be a B.E / B. Tech (Electrical)/(Electrical & Electronics)engineering graduate having minimum 12 years and out of which about 5 years experience in planning, design, preparation of technical specification, administration of contracts, installation, testing, commissioning and statutory approvals of modern electric rolling stock in construction projects of railways / metros/ other PSUs/ private sector dealing with Rolling Stock Systems. Also he/she should be conversant with international competitive bidding process, computerized environment working and latest rolling stock technologies etc. for underground/ elevated metro/rail projects in urban & suburban environment including consultancy works related to urban rail projects. Qualification and Experience:

Tech (Civil) engineering graduate having Post Qualification experience of 10 years for AGM post or 9 years for Senior Manager post, out of which 4 years for AGM post or 3 years for Senior Manager post in planning and construction of Metro Rail / Railway track / track components procurement / planning construction and should be well versed with long welded design and specifications. The experience of Ballastless track will be preferred.
Deputy General Manager (Architecture) or Assistant General Manager (Architecture) -> Candidate must be a B.Arch engineering graduate having post qualification experience of minimum 15 years for DGM post or 10 years minimum experience for AGM post, out of which 5 years for DGM post or 3 years for AGM post in planning of elevated/ underground Metro stations layouts, Metro Station Designs and checking conformity of station layout to NFPA standards. Candidates having experience of designing large number of elevated Metro stations which are in operation and Management of contracts relating to the large infrastructure projects will be preferred. He / She should have exposure to use design software like CADD, Photoshop, 3D Max, Revit etc. Also he / she shall be conversant with the procedures for obtaining statutory clearance from local authorities.
Assistant General Manager (Civil) -> He must be a B.E / B.Tech (Civil) engineering graduate having minimum 10 years of experience and out of which 4 years experience in construction of Viaducts, bridges, multi storied buildings, workshop sheds etc. Candidates having worked in Metro Rail Viaduct construction with experience of supervising Segment Casting yard work, erection of Launching Girder for segment launching, pile foundation works, Contract Management , Contractual Correspondence etc., will be preferred.
