  • Create a Coaching Cadence basis the Teammate evaluation and Coach the Teammates at defined frequency
  • Develop and streamline Quality procedures, Conduct analysis and based on the findings develop agent and team level action and development plans in coordination with the supervisors
  • Identify coaching needs and loop that into any training need
