Who You are: -
- Thorough applied technical knowledge of the fundamental concepts and technologies associated with AIX Operating Systems (Hardware, Software).
- Capable of performing installation, implementation, customization, operation, recovery and performance tuning.
- Should to able perform both technical and a coordination role in the solution construct, trouble shooting, planning, implementation and managing complex Unix environment also should assist in high quality delivery to clients in response to specific requests and needs to maintains the responsibility to develop technical skills and absorb professional knowledge to quickly meet the business requirements.

- Configure High Availability / Storage Devices
- Configure High Availability / Network Devices
- Develop Application Failover Scripts
- Modify Application Failover Scripts
- Perform Failover Testing
- HACMP Internals
- Install / Upgrade Virtual platform environment
- Configure Virtual platform environment
- Define Virtual Server
- Modify Virtual Server
- Remove Virtual Server
- Inherent TCP/IP weaknesses
- Characteristics of intranets and of the Internet
- Using tools such as iptrace and syslogd to check network security
- Adding network events to audit configuration
- The Open Secure Shell
- User administration in a network environment
- Access control in a network environment
- Kerberos
- Internet Protocol Security (IPSec)
- The IBM Key Manager
- Web server authentication
- AIX Tracing Facilities I: System Trace, LMT, and Truss
- AIX Dump Analysis I: Concepts and Tools
- AIX Dump Analysis II: Advanced Techniques
- Disaster Recovery management
- Act on Day to Day House Keeping tasks by using tools & scripts
- To able to perform in 24 x 7 Environment in shift roaster
- To able to attend calls on-call basis whenever assigned
- Work with Change & Problem Management Tools
- Create regular reports for Management requirements.
